Your HOA Board recently proposed improving the entrance at 4th Street and Kansas Avenue with additional landscaping. Because this entrance is used primarily by residents on Boulder and Copper Loops, a mailer was sent to the 80 homeowners on those streets inviting voluntary $50 donations to support the project. We are pleased to report that 34 homeowners contributed. These funds are dedicated exclusively to this effort, and work will begin as soon as planning is complete, and plant materials are secured.
